ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Two tri-colour light emitting diodes (LEDs) are mounted in spaced apart relationship and are supplied via a switch with appropriate potentials to illumi- nate one LED in one colour (red) and the other in another colour (green) and vice versa to indicate to a boatman on which side of a buoy he should pass to remain in a channel marked by red and black buoys.
