This invention is designed to attach via bolts and friction cup containers to For Sale signs with the purpose of containing literature promoting the property being sold. This unique product is weather proof and is designed and decorated with fluorescent colors unique to the signage of companies selling the Real Estate, but is also available in standard promotional colors. The fluorescent coloring is achieved via applying a unique vinyl tape to the outside of the unit's friction cup.
