Mascara compositions containing a keratin conditioning agent, alone or in combination with an emollient/moisturizing agent, provide increased resistance of eyelash hair fibers to breaking. Low viscosity mascara composition of the invention containing low concentrations of surfactant and wax are easily removable from the eyelashes. Mascara compositions of the invention reduce eyelash damage and though having low viscosity (as compared to typical prior art compositions) surprisingly provide excellent buildup, lengthening and wear.
L'invention concerne des compositions de mascara qui contiennent un agent de conditionnement de la kératine et qui, seules ou combinées à un agent émollient/hydratant, renforcent la résistance des fibres des cils à la cassure. Les compositions de mascara de faible viscosité selon l'invention, qui contiennent de faibles concentrations de tensioactif et de cire, peuvent être facilement enlevées des cils. Les compositions de mascara selon l'invention atténuent les blessures des cils et, malgré leur faible viscosité (comparativement aux compositions représentatives de la technique antérieure), présentent d'excellentes propriétés d'accumulation, d'allongement et de résistance à l'usure.
