A mask mounting mechanism (10) for use in connection with a patient interface device (100) having a mask (102) and a mask attachment assembly (104) with at least one strap (108) for retaining the mask (102) in a sealed position on a user's face. The mask mounting mechanism (10) includes a button element (12) extending from the mask (102), and the button element (12) includes a shaft (14) and a cap (16) having a diameter greater than the diameter of the shaft (14). A clip element (18) includes a clip element arm (20) and a buckle (28). A second end (24) of the arm (20) includes an orifice (26) extending therethrough. The buckle (28) is attached to a first end (22) of the clip element arm (20) for engaging the strap (108) of the mask attachment assembly (104). The clip element (18) is engageable with a button element (12) by engaging the orifice (26) of the clip element arm (20) over the cap (16) and adjacent the shaft (14) of the button element (12).
L'invention concerne un mécanisme de montage de masque (10) destiné à être utilisé avec un dispositif (100) faisant office d'interface avec un patient, ce dispositif comprenant un masque (102) et un ensemble de fixation de masque (104) comportant au moins une tirette (108) permettant de maintenir le masque (102) fixé de façon étanche contre le visage de l'utilisateur. Le mécanisme de montage de masque (10) comprend un bouton (12) qui s'étend à partir du masque (102), composé d'une tige (14) et d'un capuchon (16) dont le diamètre est supérieur à celui de la tige (14), et une attache (18) composée d'un bras (20), d'une boucle (28) et d'un orifice (26) traversant situé à une seconde extrémité (24) du bras (20). La boucle (28) située à une première extrémité (22) du bras (20) est conçue pour entrer en prise avec la tirette (108) de l'ensemble de fixation de masque (104).
