Le masque 10 (dit masque mobile) porté par un porte masque 12, est conçu pour être déplacé au dessus de zones déterminées d'un support d'analyse, et comprend des orifices traversants 36 pour l'étalement de réactifs sur le support d'analyse. L'invention est utilisable par exemple dans le domaine de la détection et de la caractérisation de constituants présents dans un échantillon biologique. La détection peut alors être réalisée, notamment, par la technique d'immunofixation.
