Innovative process fur the mass production of pathogen-free artificial seed potatoes (potato microtubers) by plant tissue culture technique in which specific microtuberogenic shoots, special formula of microtuber production media,unique cultural conditions together with flat type cultural vessels are exclusively used. Field test reveals that artificial seed potatoes (potato microtubers) call be used as real substutes for natural seed potatoes successfully.
Procédé innovateur pour la production en masse de plants de pommes de terre artificiels, exempts de pathogènes (microtubercules de pommes de terre), grâce à une technique de culture de tissus végétaux, dans laquelle on utilise exclusivement des pousses produisant des microtubercules spécifiques, des milieux de formule spéciale pour la production des microtubercules, des conditions de culture spéciales, enfin des contenants plats pour les cultures. Un essai sur le terrain montre que les plants de pommes de terre artificiels (microtubercules) peuvent être employés efficacement à la place des plants de pommes de terre naturels.
