The invention concerns a massage apparatus consisting of a treatment head connected to a suction circuit, said treatment head comprising a manually actuated housing (B), comprising an inner chamber (C) open at its base, which chamber is defined by two fixed side walls (P1, P2) and two transverse surfaces (T1, T2), arranged opposite each other between the two side walls (P1, P2), at least one of said surfaces (T1) being formed by the periphery of the roller (1) driven positively in rotation, the suction circuit emerging inside said chamber (C) and enabling to generate a vacuum when the apparatus is pressed against the patient's body, which vacuum tends to form a skin fold pressed against the transverse surfaces (T1, T2). The invention is characterised in that the positive rotation of the roller (1) is obtained via a gear motor, mounted fixed and coaxially therein, and whereof the output shaft (5) of the gear motor comprises means for being coupled with the roller (1), said apparatus being connected to means adjusting the speed and/or rotational direction of the powered roller(s) and the suction rate with optional variation of the latter, and this while the apparatus is operating.
Appareil de massage constitué d'une tête de traitement reliée à un circuit d'aspiration, ladite tête de traitement comprenant un boîtier (B) actionnable manuellement, comportant une chambre interne (C) ouverte à sa base, chambre définie par deux parois latérales fixes (P1, P2) et deux surfaces transversales (T1, T2), disposées en regard l'une de l'autre entre les deux parois latérales (P1, P2), au moins une de ces surfaces (T1) étant constituée par la périphérie d'un rouleau (1) entraîné positivement en rotation, le circuit d'aspiration débouchant à l'intérieur de ladite chambre (C) et permettant de créer une dépression lorsque l'appareil est appliqué contre le corps du patient, dépression qui tend à former un pli de peau en appui contre les surfaces transversales (T1, T2), caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement positif du roule au (1) est obtenu par l'intermédiaire d'un motoréducteur, monté fixe et coaxialement à l'intérieur de celui-ci, et dont l'arbre de sortie (5) du réducteur comporte des moyens de couplage audit rouleau (1), ledit appareil étant associé à des moyens de réglage de la vitesse et/ou du sens de rotation du ou des rouleau(x) motorisé(s) ainsi que du taux d'aspiration avec éventuellement variation de ce dernier, et ce en cours de fonctionnement.
