ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A hollow metal massage head is filled with a cold-storage medium, e.g. water or gel, preferably containing an anticorrosion agent, and can be chilled in a freezer and then inserted removably in a handle. The shank of the head has a solid part engaging in the handle and a hollow part containing the medium which is closed by threading the solid part into the hollow part.
