A material activating device (10) comprises a radioactive layer (11) of a radioactive means that generates radioactive rays for irradiating a material to be activated, and conductive metal layers (12, 13) disposed on one side of the radioactive layer (11) and interposed between the radioactive layer (11) and the material to be activated. Radioactive rays emitted by the radioactive means ionizes the material, and the conductive metal layers are charged with electric charges generated when the material is ionized. The conductive metal layers create an electric field and a magnetic field. The material can very efficiently be activated by interaction between the electric and the magnetic field, and the ionized material.

Un dispositif (10) d'activation de substance comprend : une couche (11) de source générant des rayonnements radioactifs prévue pour émettre un rayonnement radioactif en vue d'irradier une substance devant être activée ; et des couches (12) et (13) d'un métal conducteur placées sur un côté de la couche (11) et intercalées entre la couche (11) de source émettant des rayonnements radioactifs et la substance à activer. Le rayonnement radioactif émis par la source émettant des rayonnements radioactifs ionise la substance à activer et les charges générées au moment de l'ionisation agissent sur la partie métallique conductrice pour générer un champ électrique et un champ magnétique afin que le champ électrique, le champ magnétique et la substance ionisée puissent agir ensemble pour activer la substance de manière remarquablement efficace.
