The invention concerns a material with controlled chemical structure consisting of at least a biodegradable polymer material and a polysaccharide with linear, branched or crosslinked skeleton. The invention is characterised in that it is obtained by controlled functionalizing of at least a molecule of said biodegradable polymer or one of its derivatives by covalent grafting directly at its polymeric structure, of at least a molecule of said polysaccharide. The invention also concern a vector preferably in the form of particles obtained from said material and its use as biological vector.

La présente invention a pour objet un matériau à structure chimique contrôlée composé d'au moins un polymère biodégradable et d'un polysaccharide à squelette linéaire, ramifié ou réticulé, caractérisé en ce qu'il dérive de la fonctionnalisation contrôlée d'au moins une molécule dudit polymère biodégradable ou d'un de ses dérivés par greffage covalent directement au niveau de sa structure polymérique, d'au moins une molécule dudit polysaccharide. Elle vise également un vecteur de préférence sous forme de particules obtenu à partir de ce matériau ainsi que son utilisation à titre de vecteur biologique.
