Material in particulate or powder form containing carbon nanotubes (CNT), in which material, for example, a metal in layers having a thickness of from 10 nm to 500 000 nm alternates with layers of CNT having a thickness of from 10 nm to 100 000 nm. The material is produced by mechanical alloying, i.e. by repeated deformation, breaking and welding of metal particles and CNT particles, preferably by milling in a ball mill containing a milling chamber and balls as milling media and also a rotating body for producing high-energy ball collisions.

La présente invention concerne un matériau particulaire ou pulvérulent, contenant des nanotubes de carbone (CNT), ledit matériau étant alternivement, par exemple, de couches métalliques d'une épaisseur de 10 nm à 500 000 nm et de couches de CNT d'une épaisseur de 10 nm à 100 000 nm. Le matériau est fabriqué par alliage mécanique, c'est-à-dire par déformation, cassure et soudure répétées de particules métalliques et de particules de CNT, de préférence par broyage dans un broyeur à boulets, contenant une chambre de broyage, des boulets de broyage comme corps de broyage et un corps de rotation destiné à générer des collisions d'énergie élevée avec les boulets.
