The invention rotates to a material wherein the main constituent is PVC for manufacturing pipes to be used for relining underground pipelines by the pipe in a folded condition being drawn into the pipeline and being engaged with the inside surface of the pipeline by temperature increase. By the addition of polymer thermoplastic elastomers which can be mixed with PVC the material has a glass transition temperature ranging from 45 to 75 °C and a ratio (Emod, T=20 °C)/(Emod, T=75 °C) > 20. The invention also relates to a method for restoring underground pipes by relining such pipes with a pipe which has been folded after the extrusion.

L'invention se rapporte à un matériau dont le constituant principal est du PVC et qui sert à fabriquer des tuyaux destinés à être utilisés pour le regarnissage de conduites souterraines. A cet effet, le tuyau en position pliée est introduit par tirage dans la conduite et est plaqué contre la surface interne de la conduite par augmentation de la température. En ajoutant des élastomères thermoplastiques polymères qui peuvent être mélangés au PVC, on obtient un matériau dont la température de transition vitreuse est comprise entre 45 et 75 C et dont le rapport (Emod, T=20 C)/(Emod; T=75 C) est supérieur à 20. L'invention se rapporte également à un procédé de réparation de conduites souterraines par regarnissage au moyen d'un tel tuyau, lequel a été plié après l'extrusion.
