The invention concerns a pallet comprising a plate (1) of which the upper face is for receiving the load and the lower face is provided with longitudinal or transverse reinforcing elements (2) folded in U or in V, and longitudinal or transverse support elements of said plate, also folded in U or in V, longitudinally or transversely integral with the reinforcing elements (2) by the mutual fitting of notches (20, 30) provided in said reinforcing (2) and support (3) elements.
