The present invention refers to an adequate composite material to be prepared by an injection process and to an injection process of a composite material. In accordance with the process of the present invention, the composite material is prepared by carrying out the steps of (i) making the length of the natural fibers uniform; (ii) treating the surface of the natural fibers and of the lignocellulosic residues, if present; (iii) premixing the components of the composite; (iv) extruding and granulating the composite material; and (v) injection molding the material of the composite for the conformation of the parts.
La présente invention se rapporte à un matériau composite adéquat devant être préparé au moyen d~un procédé par injection et à un procédé par injection d~un matériau composite. Selon le procédé de la présente invention, le matériau composite est préparé en procédant aux étapes consistant à (i) rendre la longueur des fibres naturelles uniforme ; (ii) traiter la surface des fibres naturelles et celle des résidus ligno-cellulosiques, si elle est présente ; (iii) pré-mélanger les composants du composite ; (iv) extruder et rendre granuleux le matériau composite ; et (v) mouler par injection le matériau du composite pour la conformation des parties.
