By producing a planet (4) in accordance with the technology of sintered materials it becomes possible to solve the problems of structural complexity/space, because the planet (4) realised in this way can be directly mounted on the rotor of the driving shaft without the interposition of bushings, by relying on the very good tribological properties of sinter ed materials; moreover, this material, by virtue of its texture composed of micro-granules, has excellent properties of fatigue strength and yield/breaking tensions very near to the corresponding parameters of a compact material.

La production d'un engrenage planétaire (4) selon la technologie des matériaux frittés permet de résoudre les problèmes de complexité structurale/espace étant donné que l'engrenage planétaire (4) réalisé de cette façon peut être monté directement sur le rotor de l'arbre d'entraînement sans interposition de bagues, compte tenu des excellentes propriétés tribologiques des matériaux frittés. En outre, du fait de sa texture composée de micro-granules, le matériau présente d'excellentes propriétés de résistance à la fatigue et des valeurs de limite d'élasticité et de résistance à la rupture très proches des valeurs correspondantes d'un matériau compact.
