A B S T R A C T Mating adhesive tapes are provided for serially arranged coplanar fasteners having cylindrical shanks bonded together by tapes adhered to the fasteners wherein the tapes are prepared from a blend of a polyolefin plastic with an elastomer; the adherence of the tapes being such that each tape portion and fastener may be driven together into the work piece.
