The invention relates to a matrix reactor for reactions, whereby low-molecular and high-molecular reaction partners take part in said reactions. The reactor chamber VR contains a matrix and comprises a reaction compartment and a supply compartment. The matrix consists of a porous material which can receive low- molecular reaction partners. The excluded volume V0 of the matrix is provided as the reaction compartment and the matrix volume VM is provided as the supply compartment. The matrix reactor can be used for enzymatic methods, especially for the coupled in vitro transcription/translation reaction for producing proteins.
L'invention concerne un réacteur à matrice pour la conduite de réactions dans lesquelles sont impliqués des partenaires réactionnels de bas poids moléculaire et de haut poids moléculaire. La chambre de ce réacteur V¿R? contient une matrice et englobe aussi bien le compartiment de réaction que le compartiment d'alimentation. La matrice est constituée d'un matériau poreux dans lequel peut se loger le partenaire réactionnel de bas poids moléculaire. Le volume interstitiel V¿O? de la matrice sert de compartiment de réaction et le volume matriciel V¿M? sert de compartiment d'alimentation. Ce réacteur à matrice peut être utilisé pour des procédés enzymatiques, en particulier pour la réaction couplée de transcription/traduction in vitro destinée à la production de protéines.
