The invention concerns a method which can be used to screen two or more repertoires of molecules against one another and/or to create combinatorial repertoires by combining two or more repertoires. In particular, the invention relates to a method whereby two repertoires of molecules can be screened such that substantially all members of the first repertoire are tested against substantially all members of the second repertoire for functional interactions. Furthermore, the invention relates to the creation and screening of antibody repertoires by combining a repertoire of heavy chains with a repertoire of light chains such that antibodies formed by the substantially all combinations of heavy and light chains can be screened against one or more target ligands.
L'invention concerne un procédé pouvant être utilisé pour dépister deux ou plusieurs répertoires de molécules l'un vis-à-vis de l'autre et/ou pour créer des répertoires combinatoires par combinaison de deux ou plusieurs répertoires. En particulier, l'invention concerne un procédé grâce auquel deux répertoires de molécules peuvent être dépistés de telle façon que pratiquement tous les éléments du premier répertoire soient testés par rapport à pratiquement tous les éléments du second répertoire en vue d'interactions fonctionnelles. En outre, l'invention concerne la création et le dépistage de répertoires d'anticorps par combinaison d'un répertoire de chaînes lourdes avec un répertoire de chaînes légères, de telle façon que des anticorps formés par la quasi totalité des combinaisons de chaînes lourdes et légères puissent être dépistées par rapport à un ou plusieurs ligands cibles.
