The invention relates to a self-adhesive transdermal matrix system for the transdermal delivery of ibuprofen, in which matrix system, which comprises acarrier and a self-adhesive matrix, said matrix includes: (a) 55 to 75 parts by weight of an adhesive acrylate copolymer with a glass transition temperature of between -70 and -10°C, (b) 5 to 15 parts by weight of a cationic acrylate copolymer with a glass transition temperature of between 20 and 80°C, (c) 5 to 15 parts by weight of ibuprofen in the form of the free acid, and (d) 10 to 25 parts by weight of diethyl phthalate. It further relates to a method of preparing such a matrix system.
L'invention concerne un système matriciel transdermique auto-adhésif pour l'administration percutanée d'ibuprofène, ledit système matriciel, qui comporte un support et une matrice auto-adhésive, étant caractérisé en ce que ladite matrice comprend: (a) 55 à 75 parties en poids d'un copolymère d'acrylate adhésif ayant une température de transition vitreuse comprise entre -70 et -10 ~C, (b) 5 à 15 parties en poids d'un copolymère d'acrylate cationique, présentant une température de transition vitreuse comprise entre 20 et 80 ~C, (c) 5 à 15 parties en poids d'ibuprofène sous forme d'acide libre, et (d) 10 à 25 parties en poids de diéthylphtalate. Elle concerne également un procédé de préparation d'un tel système matriciel.
