Disclosed are a matrix-type controlled release preparation characterized in that, in the dissolution test, it is possible to ensure the pH-dependent low dissolution of a basic substance or a salt thereof contained in the preparation in the initial stage of the dissolution, and that the ratio between the dissolution rate of the basic substance or salt thereof in an acidic test solution and that in a neutral test solution (dissolution rate in acidic test solution/dissolution rate in neutral test solution) is decreased over time in the late stage of the dissolution compared with that in the initial stage of the dissolution; and a process for producing the preparation. The preparation comprises a basic substance or a salt thereof of which solubilities in a 0.1N aqueous hydrochloric acid solution and a neutral aqueous solution of pH 6.0 are higher than that in a basic aqueous solution of pH 8.0 in combination with at least one enteric polymer.
L'invention concerne une préparation à libération contrôlée de type à matrice caractérisée en ce que, lors du test de dissolution, il est possible de garantir la faible dissolution dépendante du pH d'une substance basique ou d'un sel de celle-ci contenu dans la préparation lors de la phase initiale de la dissolution, et en ce que le rapport entre la vitesse de dissolution de la substance basique ou d'un sel de celle-ci dans une solution de test acide et celle dans une solution de test neutre (vitesse de dissolution dans une solution de test acide/vitesse de dissolution dans une solution de test neutre) diminue au cours du temps lors de la phase finale de la dissolution par rapport à celui lors de la phase initiale de la dissolution ; et un procédé servant à produire la préparation. La préparation comprend une substance basique ou un sel de celle-ci dont les solubilités dans une solution aqueuse 0,1 N d'acide chlorhydrique et dans une solution aqueuse neutre ayant un pH de 6,0 sont supérieures à celle dans une solution aqueuse basique ayant un pH de 8,0 en association avec au moins un polymère gastrorésistant.
