The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing hemolytic anemia or a predis- position thereof. It also relates to a method of determining whether a compound is capable of inducing hemolytic anemia in a subject and to a method of identifying a drug for treating hemolytic anemia. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a data collection comprising characteristic values of metabolites, a data storage medium comprising said data collection, and a system and a device for diagnosing hemolytic anemia. Finally, the present invention pertains to the use of a group of metabolites or means for the determination thereof for the manufacture of a diagnostic device or composition for diagnosing hemolytic anemia in a subject.
La présente invention concerne un procédé destiné à diagnostiquer l'anémie hémolytique ou une prédisposition à celle-ci. Elle concerne également un procédé destiné à déterminer si un composé est capable d'induire l'anémie hémolytique chez un sujet et un procédé destiné à identifier un produit médicamenteux destiné à traiter l'anémie hémolytique. En outre, la présente invention concerne une collecte de données comprenant des valeurs caractéristiques de métabolites, un support de stockage de données comprenant ladite collecte de données, ainsi qu'un système et un dispositif destinés à diagnostiquer l'anémie hémolytique. En dernier lieu, la présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'un groupe de métabolites ou des moyens pour la détermination d'un groupe de ceux-ci pour la fabrication d'un dispositif de diagnostic ou une composition destinés à diagnostiquer l'anémie hémolytique chez un sujet.
