The stabilizer comprises a support, a guide which operates with the support, a guide tube connected to the support, a cable connecting the guide and guide tube and a stabilizer element connected to the cable. The stabilizer element descends into the water at a point spaced apart from the boat and adds stability to the boat to project against roll and pitch.
