The present invention provides a method for detecting and/or identifying specific bacteria within an uncultured sample, comprising steps of. a. obtaining an absorption spectrum (AS) of said uncultured sample; b. acquiring the n dimensional volume boundaries for said specific bacteria; c. data processing said AS; i. noise reducing; ii. extracting m features from said entire AS; iii. dividing said AS into several segments according to said m features; iv. calculating m1 features of each of said segment; and, d. detecting and/or identifying said specific bacteria if said m1 features and/or said m features are within said n dimensional volume; wherein said bacteria is a antibiotics resistance bacteria.
Linvention concerne un procédé pour détecter et/ou identifier des bactéries spécifiques dans un échantillon non cultivé, consistant à : a. obtenir un spectre dabsorption (AS) de léchantillon non cultivé; b. acquérir les n limites de volume dimensionnel pour les bactéries spécifiées; c. traiter les données dAS; i. réduire le bruit; ii. extraire m caractéristiques de la totalité dAS; iii. diviser AS en plusieurs segments en fonction des m caractéristiques; iv. calculer les caractéristiques m1 de chacun des segments; et, d. détecter et/ou identifier les bactéries spécifiques si les caractéristiques m1 et/ou les caractéristiques m se trouvent dans le volume dimensionnel n; les bactéries sont alors résistantes aux antibiotiques.
