A method of recognizing the development of an Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI) process in an individual, wherein the method comprises steps of: profiling specific antibody reactivities or biomarkers associated with AMI susceptibility, the profiling comprises steps of: attaching a set of defined antigens to a substrate; obtaining a biological fluid derived specimen from an individual, the specimen containing a specific antibody repertoire; and binding said antibodies of the biological fluid specimen to the attached antigens thereby forming bound antibody antigen complexes; and analyzing results obtained, wherein the presence of the complexes is indicative of AMI.
L'invention porte sur un procédé de reconnaissance du développement d'un processus d'infarctus du myocarde aigu (AMI) chez un individu, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : établir le profil de réactivités d'anticorps spécifiques ou de biomarqueurs associés à une prédisposition à un AMI, l'établissement du profil comprenant les étapes consistant à : fixer un ensemble d'antigènes définis à un substrat ; obtenir un échantillon issu d'un fluide biologique à partir d'un individu, les échantillons contenant un répertoire d'anticorps spécifiques ; et lier lesdits anticorps de l'échantillon de fluide biologique aux antigènes fixés pour former ainsi des complexes antigène-anticorps liés ; et analyser les résultats obtenus, la présence des complexes étant indicative d'un AMI.
