Il est de type comprenant une série d'éléments sensiblement verticaux de forme allongée et de sommet pointu, disposés ou assemblés sur un socle. Selon l'invention, chaque élément est constitué par un polyèdre à faces latérales transparentes, aptes à donner un effet de prisme et qui concourent en un sommet sous forme de pointe effilée.
