The invention relates to a tool holder with a tool holding fixture, in particular a clamping chuck such as a contracting chuck, a draw-in collect chuck, a hydraulic expanding chuck and a high-precision chuck, and a shank of a tool, in particular a rotary tool, accommodated in it, wherein the tool holder contains a means for preventing the tool from being pulled out, locking it against axial displacement. This pull-out preventing unit comprises at least one locking element and at least one locking groove, which corresponds to the said locking element, receives it and interacts with it in a positively locking manner. In this case, both the locking element and the locking groove are formed at least partly in the manner of a ball head. Preferably, the tool has the locking grooves. On account of preferably spirally arranged locking grooves along the cylindrical shank of rotary tools, the direction of pitch of which grooves corresponds to the direction of the grooves of the tool, axial locking of the tool is obtained, so that the tool cannot be axially displaced from the tool holder during operation. In addition, force-exerting elements are arranged, with the effect of making the tool lie against the pull-out preventer without play after shrink-fitting.
L'invention concerne un porte-outil muni d'un attachement d'outil, notamment un mandrin de serrage tel qu'un mandrin à emmanchement, un mandrin à mors de serrage, un mandrin à extension hydraulique et un mandrin HG, et la tige d'un outil qui y est accueillie, notamment un outil rotatif, une sécurité anti-extraction qui bloque une excursion axiale de l'outil étant incluse dans le porte-outil. Cette sécurité anti-extraction comprend au moins un élément de blocage et au moins une rainure de blocage correspondante qui reçoit l'élément de blocage, qui interagissent par engagement géométrique. L'élément de blocage ainsi que la rainure de blocage sont ici tous deux réalisés au moins sous la forme d'une tête semi-sphérique. L'outil présente de préférence les rainures de blocage. Du fait de la disposition de préférence hélicoïdale des rainures de blocage le long de la queue cylindrique des outils rotatifs dont le sens du pas correspond au sens des rainures de l'outil, il se produit un blocage axial de l'outil de sorte que l'outil ne peut pas effectuer une excursion axiale hors du porte-outil pendant le fonctionnement. Des éléments exerçant une force qui assurent une application exempte de jeu de l'outil contre la sécurité anti-extraction après l'emmanchement sont également prévus.
