The invention concerns a polyvalent device for purifying a biological fluid consisting of a biologically compatible functionalised substrate, on which any type of ligand can be fixed by covalent linking for use in an extracorporeal circuit. The invention also concerns a method for preparing said substrate and the kit for preparing the substrate linked with the ligand. The invention finally concerns the functionalised membranes for dialysis and/or hemofiltration.
L'invention porte sur un dispositif polyvalent pour l'épuration d'un fluide biologique constitué d'un support biocompatible fonctionnalisé, sur lequel tout type de ligand peut y être fixé par liaison covalente afin d'être utilisé dans un circuit extracorporel. L'invention porte également sur le procédé de préparation dudit support et sur le kit de préparation du support couplé au ligand. L'invention porte enfin sur des membranes fonctionnalisées pour la dialyse et/ou l'hémofiltration.
