The invention relates to a measuring arrangement and a method for the three-dimensional measurement of at least part of an object (28), comprising a light source (10) with a continuous spectrum, a device (14) for generating a multifocal lighting pattern (16), a lens (18) with a large chromatic aberration for imaging foci of the lighting pattern on the object, a detection unit (40) for generating the wavelength spectrum of the foci that are confocally imaged on the object via the lens, and a spectrum-dispersive device (34, 36, 38) disposed between the confocally imaged foci and the detection device. In order to be able to create a highly accurate surface profile in a relatively short time even in the case of moving objects, the invention proposes that a first hole pattern (30) comprising first holes (32) be disposed in the plane of the confocally imaged foci, wherein the geometric arrangement of the first holes corresponds to the geometric arrangement of the foci of the multifocal lighting pattern.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de mesure et un procédé de mesure tridimensionnelle d'au moins une partie d'un objet (28), dispositif comprenant : une source lumineuse (10) à spectre continu, un dispositif (14) destiné à générer un modèle d'éclairage multifocal (16), un objectif (18) à grande aberration chromatique pour la formation de foyers du modèle d'éclairage sur l'objet, une unité de détection (40) pour la détermination des spectres de longueurs d'onde des foyers formés de manière confocale, via l'objectif, sur l'objet, et un dispositif de dispersion spectrale (34, 36, 38), monté entre les foyers formés de manière confocale et le dispositif de détection. L'invention a pour but d'établir un profil de surface de haute précision, y compris pour des objets en déplacement, en un temps relativement court. A cet effet, l'invention est caractérisée en ce qu'un premier modèle de trous (30) comprenant des premiers trous (32) est disposé dans le plan des foyers formés de manière confocale, et en ce que la disposition géométrique des premiers trous correspond à la disposition géométrique des foyers du modèle d'éclairage multifocal.
