According to an embodiment, a measuring device for measuring a laser beam comprises a magnification lens system with a total of two lenses (10, 12) which are arranged in series in the beam path of the laser beam and whose foci are coinciding, as well as a camera (74) which is arranged behind the two lenses (10, 12) in the focus of the last lens (12) and includes an electronic image sensor (14) which generates an electronic image of the magnified laser beam. The lenses (10, 12) together with the camera (74) are adjustable along the beam path relative to a reference point (46) of the measuring device, for the purpose of locating the beam waist of the laser beam and of determining a diameter profile of the laser beam. The measuring device further comprises an adapter (42) enclosing the beam path for coupling the measuring device to a laser system which provides the laser beam. The adapter (42) forms an abutment surface (46) for the laser system, which is axially directed with respect to a beam axis (16) of the laser beam, and permits the measuring device to be coupled in situ at the installation site of the laser system.

L'invention concerne un appareil de mesure destiné à mesurer un faisceau laser focalisé, et qui comprend dans un premier exemple de réalisation un ensemble de lentilles grossissantes qui présentent globalement deux lentilles (10, 12) disposées l'une derrière l'autre dans le parcours du faisceau laser et dont les points focaux coïncident, ainsi qu'une caméra (74) d'enregistrement d'images disposée en aval des deux lentilles (10, 12) au point focal de la dernière lentille (12) et dotée d'un détecteur électronique d'images qui forme une image électronique du faisceau laser grossi. Le long du parcours du faisceau, les lentilles (10, 12) peuvent être ajustées en même temps que la caméra (74) d'enregistrement d'images par rapport à un point de référence (46) de l'appareil de mesure pour de cette manière découvrir la taille du faisceau laser et pouvoir déterminer un profil diamétral du faisceau laser. En outre, l'appareil de mesure présente un adaptateur (42) qui englobe le parcours du faisceau pour coupler l'appareil de mesure à un système laser qui délivre le faisceau laser. L'adaptateur (42) forme pour le système laser une surface de butée (46) orientée axialement par rapport à l'axe (16) du faisceau laser et permet de coupler l'appareil de mesure in situ sur le site de placement du système laser.
