The invention refers to a measuring head for use in radiant energy flash measuring of the thermal diffusivity of heterogeneous samples (S) under employment of a probe beam (B) generated by a radiant energy generating means and a detector means for detecting a temperature rise of the sample (S), comprising a sample holder means (SH) for receiving the sample (S). The technical problem to be solved is to provide a measuring head offering the opportunity to align the sample (S) with the probe beam (B) in order to carry out local measurements of the thermal diffusivity in the axial direction of the sample (S) or to deposit the energy shot on the most suitable area of the sample (S), dependently on the given sample features. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is proposed to arrange the sample holder means (SH) movable in at least one direction (X, Y) perpendicular to the optical axis (AB) of the probe beam (B).
L'invention concerne une tête de mesure utilisée pour des mesures éclair d'énergie rayonnante de la diffusivité thermique d'échantillons (S) hétérogènes, au moyen d'un faisceau sonde (B) produit par un moyen de production d'énergie rayonnante, d'un moyen de détecteur pour détecter une élévation de température de l'échantillon (S), et d'un moyen porte-échantillon (SH) pour recevoir l'échantillon (S). Le problème technique à résoudre est de prévoir une tête de mesure offrant la possibilité d'aligner l'échantillon (S) avec le faisceau sonde (B) afin de pouvoir réaliser des mesures locales de la diffusivité thermique dans le sens axial de l'échantillon (S), ou de placer le coup d'énergie sur la zone la plus adéquate de l'échantillon (S), en fonction des caractéristiques de l'échantillon donné. Pour ce faire, selon cette invention, on dispose le moyen porte-échantillon (SH) de sorte qu'il soit mobile dans au moins un sens (X, Y) perpendiculaire à l'axe optique (AB) du faisceau sonde (B).
