The present invention concerns a method for measuring a chip integrated structure (1) including at least one coil (5) comprising a plurality of turns (6). The present invention is characterised in that it comprises the following steps: measuring the resistance across the terminals of first and second portions of said coil (5), corresponding to two different numbers of turns of the coil; computing the ratio of the measured resistances across the terminals of first and second portions of said coil (5); comparing said ratio to a constant measured from a sample of resistance measurements made on coils of identical geometry; and determining the presence or the absence of a short circuit between at least two turns of one of said portions of said coil (5), when the ratio is different from or equal to said constant respectively. The present invention further concerns an integrated circuit which is able to allow implementation of the above mentioned measuring method.
La présente invention se rapporte à une méthode permettant d'effectuer des mesures sur une structure (1) intégrée à une microplaquette incorporant au moins une bobine (5) comportant une pluralité de spires (6). La présente invention est caractérisée par l'intégration des étapes suivantes : mesure de la résistance entre les bornes des première et deuxième parties de la bobine en question (5) par rapport à deux nombres de spires différents; calcul du ratio des résistances mesurées entre les bornes des première et deuxième parties de la bobine en question (5); comparaison du ratio obtenu à une constante obtenue dans des mesures effectuées sur des bobines de géométrie identique; détermination de la présence ou de l'absence de courts-circuits entre au moins deux spires sur une des deux parties de la bobine en question (5) lorsque le ratio est différent de ou égal à la constante en question, respectivement. La présente invention concerne également un circuit intégré permettant de mettre en application la méthode décrite ci-dessus.
