ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention relates to a device for releasably holding an electronic meat probe while not in use. The device comprises a body having a flat upper surface with a pair of spaced holes therein. One hole is of a diameter to receive snugly but releasably the meat probe and the other of a diameter to receive snugly but releasably the jack attachment of the probe. The body has a flat rear surface normal to the upper surface, a securing means being associated with the rear surface for securing the body to a vertical surface. When the device according to the present invention is attached to the side of an oven or in the vicinity of the oven, it provides a handy, safe place for storage of a meat probe when not in use.
