A mechanic apparatus (1) applied to the internal bottom seat (2) toilets (B) without a siphon, supplied with water from hydraulic pipes (C) or cisterns (R), which, after the discharge caused by the mechanism, flows to the sewer system (E); the apparatus (1) comprises a dam (3) that embodies externally the seat (2) and is fixed resting by latches (4), which are released by external release driving means (5), said dam (3) presents a hinge point (6) with a corresponding counterweight (7); the dam (3), when locked and resting, can keep approximately 2 litres of water inside the toilet; when the latch (4) is released, the dam hinges up discharging the water and the sewage straight into the sewer piping (T), goes back to its resting point by means of the counterweight (7), and locks again at the ideal position. In this moment, approximately 2 liters of water from the pipe (C) or cistern (R) are liberated, refilling the toilet for new use.

L'invention concerne un appareil (1) mécanique appliqué au fond du siège (2) de toilettes (B) sans siphon, l'alimentation en eau provenant de tuyaux (C) hydrauliques ou de réservoirs (R). L'eau, après son évacuation provoquée par ledit mécanisme, s'écoule vers le réseau d'égouts (E). Ledit appareil (1) comporte un barrage (3) solidaire à l'extérieur le siège (2) et fixé au repos par des verrous (4) libérables par des organes d'entraînement (5). Ledit barrage (3) présente un point charnière (6) muni d'un contrepoids (7) correspondant. Lorsqu'il est verrouillé et au repos, le barrage peut retenir approximativement 2 litres d'eau à l'intérieur de la cuvette des toilettes. Lorsque le verrou (4) est libéré, le barrage pivote sur sa charnière, laissant l'eau et les eaux usées s'écouler directement dans les canalisations d'égout (T), retourne ensuite à son point de repos grâce au contrepoids (7) et se bloque à nouveau dans sa position idéal. A cet instant, environ 2 litres d'eau provenant des tuyaux (C) ou du réservoir (R) sont libérés et remplissent la cuvette des toilettes pour un nouvel usage.
