The Mechanical Cap for Sparkling Wine (MCfSW) is the device for plugging the bottles containing a pressurized liquid. The MCfSW is particularly useful when the remains of the wine in the bottle must be preserved on a such way that the sparkling feature of the wine will be kept. Because of the gas pressure existing in the sparkling wine the MCfSW is designed with accounting of the safety requirements. The MCfSW provided by mechanical arrangement which prevents from self unplugging once the bottle was plugged by this device. The method of unplugging accounted during design of the MCfSW, was based on embracing of the bottle by one hand and the device by other. That guarantee fully safe process of unplugging.
