The mechanical vibrator is applied to vibrating screens or other equipment and comprises a bearing housing (10) to be affixed to a side wall (2) of the equipment (1), to carry a pair of bearings (20) which support a shaft (30) having an inner end portion (31) and an outer end portion (32) which respectively affix a first and a second counterweight (70, 80). The first and the second counterweights (70, 80) have respective first and second eccentric masses (M1, M2) of different values and which are positioned and dimensioned so that the first and the second counterweight (70,80) generate equal loads on the bearings (20). The second counterweight (80) is constructed to selectively and removably attach a third counterweight (90) presenting a third eccentric mass (M3) maintained aligned with the center line (CL) of the bearing housing (10), to provide a variation of the total eccentric mass of the vibrator (V), without changing the balance of the load distribution on the bearings (20).
L'invention concerne un vibreur mécanique appliqué à des écrans vibrants ou d'autres équipements et comprenant un boîtier de palier (10) devant être apposé sur une paroi latérale (2) de l'équipement (1), pour porter une paire de paliers (20) qui supportent un arbre (30) ayant une partie d'extrémité interne (31) et une partie d'extrémité externe (32) qui supportent respectivement un premier et un second contrepoids (70, 80). Les premier et second contrepoids (70, 80) ont des première et seconde masses excentriques respectives (M1, M2) de différentes valeurs qui sont positionnées et dimensionnées de telle sorte que le premier et le second contrepoids (70, 80) génèrent des charges égales sur les paliers (20). Le second contrepoids (80) est construit pour attacher de façon sélective et amovible un troisième contrepoids (90) présentant une troisième masse excentrique (M3) maintenue alignée avec la ligne médiane (CL) du boîtier de palier (10), pour fournir une variation de la masse excentrique totale du vibreur (V), sans changer l'équilibre de la distribution de charge sur les paliers (20).
