ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A mechanism for a non-permanent gear meshing comprising a gear arranged on a driving shaft with a feather, between a back driving flange, centering disk, friction lining and front driving flange connected through the centering disk, friction lining and feather again to the driving shaft. The said gear is arranged with a clearance being at least twice so great than the tooth height of the gear. The gear engages with a bush and pin in a body of a rack in a way that between the front driving flange and a disk there is seated a spring in a definite distance and position determined by a pin with a lock yoke and closed with a washer and nuts.
