ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE In an electronics circuit device in which a plurality of printed board units (20) are accommodated in parallel to each other within a box-like shelf unit (10), and each respective printed board unit (20) carries various electronics circuit elements thereon and is provided with connector (22) at a trailing edge thereof, which connector (22) is insertingly connectable with corresponding connectors (14) mounted on a back board (13) within the shelf (10), a mechanism is provided for inserting and withdrawing the printed board unit (20) relative to the shelf (10), which mechanism comprises a lever (25) pivotably secured on the printed board (21) at each upper and lower corner of a leading edge thereof and acting on the printed board unit (20) to displace the same relative to the shelf (10) along at least a distance necessary for engaging or disengaging the printed board unit (20) to and from the shelf (10), and a lock arm (26) secured on the printed board (21), which lock arm (26) is resiliently deformable and engageable with a stop (17) formed on the shelf (10) to prevent a loosening of the printed board unit (20) in the shelf (10) after the printed board unit (20) has been fully inserted in the shelf unit (10) until the connector (22) is insertingly engaged with the connector (14). The lever (25) has, in a region confronting the lock arm (26), a cam surface (30) for converting a rotational motion of the lever (25) to engagement/disengagement motion of the lock arm (26) relative to the stop (17) on the shelf unit (10), whereby the printed board unit (20) can be securely and easily inserted and withdrawn to and from the shelf (10) with less force and the lever (25) can be maintained in a predetermined fixed position by a resilient engagement of the lever (25) with the lock arm (26) even after the printed board unit (20) is withdrawn from the shelf (10).
