ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A heavy object, such as a portable toilet, is supported on a base. At least one wheel is mounted on the base for vertical movement between an upper position in which the wheel is supported above the lower surface of the base and a lower position in which at least a portion of the periphery of the wheel is below the lower surface of the base. The wheel is releasably held in one or the other of those positions. A handle is movably mounted on the object so that the object can be manually swung to permit the wheel to move between those positions.
