The present invention relates to a medal piece feed system which is so constructed that medal pieces can be fed from holes formed in a bottom of a medal piece container, into chutes underlying the respective holes. A medal piece feed system for game machines has feed cylinders that each have their lower part snugly inserted in a corresponding hole. The feed cylinders are adapted to be driven and rotated, and are erected inside the medal piece container 1. An acceptance opening is formed in a peripheral wall of each feed cylinder which faces the interior of the medal piece container. A delivery opening which communicates with the interior of the underlying chute is formed in a base plane of each feed cylinder.
