ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A highway median barrier construction is disclosed wherein the barrier is formed as integral U-shaped shell sections of polymer concrete which are placed end-to-end at the construction site and are then filled with hydraulic concrete or other ballast through filling holes which are then capped with polymer concrete.
