The present invention provides a medical adhesive tape and a tape preparation for percutaneous absorption, both having an adhesive layer that resists glue remainder and stickiness upon peeling off of the tape even after adhesion to the human skin for a long time, and a medical adhesive composition to be used for such tapes. The medical adhesive composition of the present invention includes, as essential elements, (A) a copolymer containing (a) alkyl (meth)acrylate, wherein the alkyl moiety has 4 to 18 carbon atoms, in a proportion of not less than 50 wt% of the copolymer and (b) a carboxyl group- containing vinyl compound in a proportion of 0.1 wt% - 10 wt% of the copolymer, (B) an alkoxide or a chelate compound of at least a metal selected from titanium, zirconium, zinc and aluminum, and (C) a polyol compound in a proportion of 0.2 wt% - 5 wt% of the aforementioned medical adhesive composition. The medical adhesive tape of the present invention and tape preparation for percutaneous absorption are characterized in that the adhesive layer contains the above-mentioned medical adhesive composition of the present invention.
La présente invention porte sur un ruban adhésif à usage médical et une préparation à absorption percutanée appliquée sur un ruban adhésif. Les deux rubans présentent une couche adhésive qui ne laisse pas de dépôts de colle et qui ne colle pas lorsqu'on retire le ruban, même s'il a été apposé sur la peau d'un patient pendant une longue période. L'invention porte aussi sur une composition de colle à usage médical que l'on utilise avec ce type de ruban. La composition de colle à usage médical de la présente invention comprend essentiellement (A) un copolymère contenant un (a) alkyl (méth)acrylate, dans lequel le groupe alkyl est constitué de 4 à 18 atomes de carbone, dans une proportion de plus de 50 % en poids de copolymère et (b) un groupe carboxyle contenant un vinyl dans une proportion de 0,1 % à 10 % en poids de copolymère, (B) un alkoxyde ou un chélate d'au moins un métal choisi parmi les suivants : titane, zirconium, zinc et aluminum, et (C) un polyol dans une proportion de 0,2 % à 5 % en poids de la composition de colle à usage médical mentionnée précédemment. Le ruban adhésif à usage médical de la présente invention et la préparation à absorption percutanée appliquée sur le ruban sont caractérisés par le fait que la couche adhésive contient la composition de colle à usage médical de la présente invention mentionnée ci-dessus.
