ABREGE DISCRIPTIF L'appareil permet d'effectuer l'exsufflation d'une poche d'air autour d'un poumon collabe. L'appareil comporte une pompe d'aspiration qui, par l'intermediaire d'une fuite variable et d'un debitmetre a diabolo, aaspire dans une canalisation sou- ple terminee par une aiguille creuse. Le flotteur du debitmetre a diabolo comporte un noyau magnetique mobile avec lui, a l'interieur d'une bobine de self-induction fixe. Les signaux detectes par celle-ci sont traites dans un coffret electronique qui affiche en le volume total de l'air aspire. L'appareil est facile a employer et donne une securite totale evitant notamment l'aspiration d'une trop fort volume d'air.
