(57) Abstract: The invention relates to an implant (1) for receiving a connecting pin (17, 17', 17") of a medical element, comprising a longitudinal axis (9), a distal end (3) and a proximal end (4) from which a receiving recess (10) for the connecting pin (17, 17', 17") extends into the interior of the implant (1). Said implant (1) can be linked in a positive or non-positive fit with the interior peripheral surface of a receiving bore in a bone. The connecting pin (17, 17', 17") adapted to the receiving recess (10) can be anchored in said receiving recess by clamping, shrinking, gluing or cementing. The medical element, when anchored, rests fully on the proximal end (4) of an associated contact surface (5) of the implant (1) with a contact surface (18) of a head part (16) that projects radially outwards in its cross-section beyond the cross-section of the receiving recess (10) on the proximal end (4) of the implant (1). The receiving recess has a cylindrical section (10Z) to which a section (10V) is adjacent that has a tapered cross-section. La présente invention concerne un implant (1) servant à recevoir une tige de connexion (17, 17', 17'') d'un élément chirurgical, ledit implant comprenant un axe longitudinal (9), une extrémité distale (3) et une extrémité proximale (4) à partir de laquelle s'étend un évidement de réception (10) destiné à la tige de connexion (17, 17', 17'') dans la partie interne de l'implant (1). Selon l'invention, l'implant (1) peut être connecté au niveau de sa surface de revêtement externe à la surface de revêtement interne d'un orifice de réception pratiqué dans un os, par liaison de force ou de forme, et la tige de connexion (17, 17', 17''), adaptée à l'évidement de réception (10), peut être ancrée dans celui-ci par serrage, rétraction, collage ou cimentation. A l'état ancré, l'élément chirurgical appuie avec une surface de contact (18) d'une partie frontale (16) dépassant, au niveau de l'extrémité proximale (4) de l'implant (1) radialement vers l'extérieur vis-à-vis de sa section par rapport à la section de l'évidement de réception (10), complètement contre une surface de contact associée (5) de l'implant (1) au niveau de son extrémité proximale (4). L'évidement de réception présente une partie cylindrique (10Z) à laquelle se raccorde une partie de section effilée (10V), et la tige de connexion (17, 17', 17'') présente également une partie cylindrique (17Z) à laquelle se raccorde une partie de section effilée (17V).
