A medical information system comprising a patient terminal, a server, and a manager terminal, the three being interconnected over a network, the patient terminal including a sensor having a function of measuring information to serve as an index indicating the patient's condition, means for transferring the measurement data captured by the sensor to the inside of the patient's terminal, means for transferring the measurement data to the server through the network, and means for receiving control information from the server, and the patient terminal having a function of performing an action according to the control information, the server including means for transferring control information to the patient terminal and means for storing therein and organizing the measurement data transferred from the patient terminal, and the manager terminal including means for reading the organized measurement data stored in the server.
L'invention porte sur un système d'informations médicales comprenant un terminal de patient, un serveur et un terminal de gestion interconnectés par un réseau. Le terminal de patient comporte: un capteur de mesures d'informations servant d'index indiquant l'état du patient; un moyen de transfert de ces mesures sur une mémoire interne; un moyen de transfert de ces mesures au serveur via le réseau; un moyen de réception d'informations de commande du serveur; il a de plus la capacité d'exécuter une action commandée par le serveur. Le serveur comporte un moyen de transfert d'informations de commande au terminal de patient, et un moyen interne de stockage et d'organisation des données provenant du terminal de patient. Le terminal de gestion comporte un moyen de lecture des données de mesure organisées stockées dans le serveur.
