The invention concerns a kit (3) provided with a fixed deflector (16) arranged on the path of a cursor such that the contact of the cursor with the deflector causes inclination of the cursor and, hence, of the needle in the case. Return means (17) are provided to push back in the opposite direction the inclined cursor (6), such that the tip of the inclined needle is locked in the case. Such an arrangement ensures that the needle cannot exit from its case after use.
