The invention concerns a medical syringe comprising a tubular body (1), in which slides a plunger (3, 4) comprising an opening (5), the plunger comprising a sealing piece (6), movable in the plunger and which closes the opening of the syringe before it is used. The assembly is arranged such that, after the syringe has been used, the sealing piece no longer closes the opening permanently, so that the syringe cannot be used again. All the parts of the syringe are designed for being produced by moulding and automatically mounted in series by axial jointing.

La seringue médicale comprend un corps tubulaire (1), dans lequel coulisse un piston (3, 4) comportant une ouverture (5), le piston comportant une pièce d'obturation (6), déplaçable dans le piston et qui obture ladite ouverture avant usage de la seringue. L'ensemble est agencé de manière que, après utilisation de la seringue, la pièce d'obturation n'obture définitivement plus l'ouverture, de sorte que la seringue n'est pas réutilisable. Toutes les pièces de la seringue sont conformées de façon à pouvoir être produites par moulage et montées en série automatiquement par emboîtage axial.
