A medical system (200), system parts (221, 230) and a method for detachably establishing a spatial orientation between a body implant (210) and an aiming device (280) comprise the invention. Thereby, a positioning arm (230) being connected to the aiming device (280) and an adaptor device (221) being connected to or integrally formed with a bone stabilizing plate (210) are hooked into each other. This is realized by means of an engaging element (245a, 245b) of the positioning arm (230), which engaging element (245a, 245b) is designed such that it may be coupled with an attachment element (225a, 225b) of the adaptor device (221). Further, there is provided a snapping mechanism (350) which is designed to automatically engage in an interlocking element (327) of the adaptor device (321), when the positioning arm (330), when hooked into the adaptor device (321), is rotated relative to the adaptor (321) device towards a final angular position.
L'invention porte sur un dispositif médical (200), des pièces du dispositif (221, 230) et une méthode permettant d'établir l'orientation spatiale entre un implant corporel (210) et un dispositif de visée (280), le dispositif étant amovible. Un bras de positionnement (230) relié au dispositif de visée (280) et un adaptateur (221) relié à une plaque stabilisant l'os (210) ou faisant partie intégrante de celle-ci sont fixés l'un à l'autre. Ce rattachement est possible grâce à un élément (245a, 245b) du bras de positionnement (230), conçu de façon telle qu'il peut être couplé à une attache (225a, 225b) de l'adaptateur (221). En outre, l'invention concerne aussi un mécanisme de verrouillage (350) conçu pour pénétrer automatiquement dans un élément de l'adaptateur (321) dans lequel il s'emboîte (327), lorsque le bras de positionnement (330), une fois fixé à l'adaptateur (321), subit une rotation par rapport à l'adaptateur (321) pour adopter un certain angle lui conférant sa position finale.
