There is provided a medicament dispenser for use with at least one medicament carrier (100; 300a, 300b) carrying multiple distinct medicament portions. The medicament dispenser comprises a dispensing mechanism (340, 350a, 350b) actuable for dispensing the distinct medicament portions carried by said at least one medicament carrier, a mouthpiece (332), and a cover (330) for said mouthpiece. The cover is movably mounted to the dispenser for sequential movement from a first position, in which said mouthpiece is covered, to a second position, in which said mouthpiece is at least part-uncovered, to a third position in which said mouthpiece is uncovered. The cover is adapted to couple with said dispensing mechanism such that movement of the cover from the second position to the third position, but not the first position to the second position, results in actuation of the dispensing mechanism.
La présente invention concerne un distributeur de médicaments destiné à une utilisation avec au moins un support de médicaments (100 ; 300a, 300b) portant de multiples portions de médicaments distincts. Le distributeur de médicaments comprend un mécanisme de distribution (340, 350a, 350b) pouvant être actionné pour distribuer les portions de médicaments distincts portées par au moins un support de médicaments, un embout buccal (332) et un couvercle (330) destiné audit embout buccal. Le couvercle est monté de manière amovible sur le distributeur pour un mouvement séquentiel à partir d~une première position, dans laquelle ledit embout buccal est recouvert, vers une deuxième position, dans laquelle ledit embout buccal est au moins partiellement découvert, vers une troisième position dans laquelle ledit embout buccal est découvert. Le couvercle est adapté pour se coupler avec ledit mécanisme de distribution de telle sorte que le mouvement du couvercle à partir de la deuxième position vers la troisième position, mais pas de la première position vers la deuxième position, a pour résultat l~actionnement du mécanisme de distribution.
