The invention relates to medicament excipient particles which are suitable for tissue-specific application of a medicament, especially to the central nervous system (CNS). The inventive particles can be loaded with or be free of the active substance. At least one detection protein is bonded to the particle surface or alternatively, the particle surface is modified in such a way that a detection protein bonds with it on contact.

L'invention concerne des particules d'excipient de médicament, convenant à l'application d'un médicament propre aux tissus, spécifiquement au système nerveux central (ZNS) et se présentent sous forme chargée en principe actif ou exempte de principe actif. Au moins une protéine d'identification est liée à la surface des particules ou bien la surface des particules est modifiée de manière que lorsqu'elle est au contact d'une protéine d'identification, cette dernière se trouve liée à elle.
