A system for dispensing medicaments such as pills and having a plurality of dispensing cells. There is a manipulator arm (30) for moving to a cell (12) and receiving medicament (20) dispensed therefrom into a vial (36), and a controller (16) to control the manipulator arm (30). There is an indicia reader (40) that reads indicia (28) on the cell (12) at a selected location and the controller (16) determines whether the medicament (20) indicated by the indicia (28) matches the medicament (20) of the prescription.
Cette invention se rapporte à un distributeur de médicaments de type pilules comportant une pluralité de cellules de distribution. Ce distributeur est équipé, d'un bras manipulateur (30) destiné à se déplacer vers une cellule (12) et recevoir, à l'intérieur d'une fiole (36) le médicament (20) en provenance de la cellule, et d'un organe de commande (16) conçu pour commander le bras manipulateur (30). Le distributeur est également équipé d'un lecteur (40) de marques qui lit les marques (28) présentes sur la cellule (12) en un emplacement sélectionné et l'organe de commande (16) vérifie que le médicament (20) indiqué par les marques (28) correspond bien au médicament (20) de l'ordonnance.
